Introducing Makar Old Tom

Following the success of our award-winning Makar Gin, our distillers have created a new expression – Makar Old Tom Gin.

Mike Hayward, one of the founders of Glasgow Distillery said “this is a traditional style of gin that dates back to the 18th Century. The bold juniper of Makar is complemented with orange peel, almonds and finished with a little honey to give a slightly sweeter style of gin that is perfect served with a twist of orange and lashings of ice and Fever-Tree tonic or for classic cocktails like the Tom Collins and Martinez”.

Old Tom is currently available in 70cl bottles. Order online or pick up a bottle from our Gin Chalet at the George Square Christmas Market, Majestic Wines and the Good Spirits Company. We will be rolling it out to additional retailers in the New Year.
