With the use of aromatic heather-rich peat sourced from the Scottish highlands, and a finish in Pedro Ximenez casks, our Peated whisky is a balance of both sweet and smoky. A floral BBQ smoke on the nose combines rich toffee and dark fruits on the palate. The long and smooth finish brings notes of salted caramel with a hint of spice.
