Banditti Club Pina Colada

Last weekend, on the 5th of February our Banditti Club Spiced Rum made an appearance on ITV's Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh.

Showcasing the hottest cocktail trends this year, Drinks Writer, Becky Paskin brought together some fantastic products from non-alcoholic options to cocktails in a can.

On the trend of retro drinks, our Banditti Club Spiced Rum has been used in a Pina Colada.

Here's the recipe and method for you to try at home:

Recipe:

• 60ml Banditti Club Spiced Rum
• 100ml Pineapple Juice
• 30ml Coconut Cream
• 5ml Lime Juice
• Ice

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender with plenty of ice and blend into a slushy consistency. Pour into a Hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
