Distillery Tour Terms and Conditions

The Glasgow Distillery Experience – Terms and Conditions
By booking The Glasgow Distillery Experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment
All tour bookings must be made in advance through Eventbrite.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time.
To request a refund, please do so via your Eventbrite account.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend and would like to reschedule, please contact us on 0141 404 7191 or email us at tours@glasgowdistillery.com at least 24 hours before your tour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

4. Age Restrictions
Visitors must be 18 years or older to participate in the tour and tasting.
Proof of age may be requested; please bring valid ID.

5. Health & Safety
Flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety.
The tour includes walking and standing for extended periods; please inform us in advance if you have any accessibility requirements.
Visitors must follow all health and safety instructions given by staff during the tour.

6. Conduct
Glasgow Distillery reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Intoxicated guests will not be permitted to join the tour or participate in tastings.

7. Photography & Filming
Photography is allowed in most areas unless otherwise stated by your tour guide.
Filming may be restricted in certain production areas.

8. Changes & Cancellations by Glasgow Distillery
Glasgow Distillery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for another date.

9. Eventbrite Terms
Your booking is also subject to Eventbrite’s Terms of Service.
