Glasgow Whisky Bitters
A collaboration between ourselves and The Goods Spirits Company; a specialist spirits beer and wine retailer who has been a champion of all things premium beverages since 2011 and who operates three branches across Glasgow.
Made with Glasgow 1770 Peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky, which is steeped with a selection of festive botanicals and spices such as orange peel, clove, cinnamon, and star anise.
Presented in 100ml bottles at 45.7% ABV, available online and at The Good Spirits Co 23 Bath Street.
Use Glasgow Whisky Bitters to mix up a Makar Martinez – combine 60ml Makar Original Dry Gin or Makar Oaked Aged Gin, 15ml Sweet Vermouth, 5ml Maraschino Cherry Liqueur and 2 dashes of the Glasgow Whisky Bitters in a mixing glass with fresh ice. Stir down until the ice has started to reduce and strain into a coupe glass with a twist of fresh orange peel.
