Sweet and citrus notes come together to create this incedibly refreshing concoction which has Makar Cherry Gin at it's heart. The addition of egg white allows for a wonderfully silky mouthfeel.

25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
1 Fresh Lemon
1 Fresh Cherry

Makar Singapore Sour
How We Make It
Pour 37ml Makar Cherry, 12ml Benedictine, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup and egg white (thats about half a large egg's white) into the cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake well until contents are chilled and mixed together
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a fresh lemon twist and cocktail cherry
