In the words of Orson Welles: "The bitters are excellent for your liver, the gin is bad for you. They balance each other." We've selected our Oak Matured Gin to give this Negroni recipe a wonderfully spicy, complex woody finish.

30ml Makar Oak Aged Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
1 Fresh Orange Slice for Garnish

Method
Stir In Glass

Oaked Negroni
How we make it
Fill a rocks glass with one or two large ice cube(s) that nearly fill the width of the rocks glass you are using
Add 30ml of Makar Oak Aged Gin, 30ml of Campari and 30ml Sweet Vermouth to the glass
Stir thoroughly so that the ice starts to dilute the other ingredients before adding another ice cube
Garnish with a slice of fresh orange
