Telling Stories With Spirit
We’re a freestanding, independently owned distillery that was started by two friends in 2012 with a mission to bring premium spirits distillation back to Scotland’s biggest city.
We’re a team of 16 spirit lovers who create a portfolio of flavoured-packed spirits across whisky, gin, vodka, and rum. These character-rich products are each inspired by a story rooted in our city’s heritage and history.
We run our distillery on the three core principles of authenticity, transparency, and accessibility. It’s these principles that run through everything we do and within the products we make.

This luxury pack is made from a black dyed board with copper and black foil. Within the gift set there are five 5cl miniatures that showcase the core expression from the five different spirit categories we produce:
