50ml Glasgow 1770 'The Original'
15ml Simple Syrup
5 Mint Leaves
Juice of 1 Lemon

How We Make It
In a cocktail shaker, add the mint and lemon and smash to release flavour,
Add in 50ml Glasgow 1770 'The Original' single malt whisky with 15ml Simple Syrup and fill the glass with ice,
Shake contents for 30 seconds, until contents are well mixed together,
Strain over crushed ice in a coupe glass,
Garnish with some fresh mint sprig to serve.
