How We Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice, add 50ml Glasgow 1770 Peated, 20ml Cherry Brandy, 50ml Apple Juice and a dash of Angostura Bitters
Shake well, until the contents are chilled, and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice
Top up with 100ml of soda water and garnish with a slice of fresh apple and a maraschino cherry
