For a refreshing and crisp taste of summer, try this simple Tom Collins.

Ingredients:
- 50ml Makar Old Tom
- 25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 12.5ml sugar syrup
- Dash of Soda

Method

Shake first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Fine strain into a Collins glass with ice.
Top with your favourite soda.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry on top.
Kick back and enjoy
